2. 収集しない情報（本アプリの基本方針）

本アプリは、利用者を識別できる情報を一切収集しません。具体的には、次のいずれも行いません。

アカウント登録・ログイン（本アプリにアカウントの仕組みはありません）
氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの入力欄の設置
利用状況の解析（アクセス解析 SDK・行動ログ収集 SDK を組み込んでいません）
広告の配信、広告識別子（iOS 版の IDFA／Android 版の広告 ID（AAID））の取得・利用
アプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ利用者の追跡（トラッキング）。トラッキングを行わないため、iOS 版では App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可ダイアログを表示せず、Android 版でも広告 ID を取得しません。
クラッシュ情報や動作ログの独自収集（当社が独自にクラッシュ収集 SDK を組み込むことはありません。ストア経由の診断情報の共有は、iOS の「解析・改善」設定にもとづく Apple の仕組み、および Android の「使用状況と診断情報」設定にもとづく Google の仕組みであり、いずれも当社が個別に取得するものではありません）
位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・写真・マイクなどの端末機能の利用要求（本アプリはこれらの許可を求めません。なお Android 版のみ、再生の状態を通知に表示するために「通知」の許可をお願いすることがありますが、許可されなくても再生などの機能はご利用いただけます）

3. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリは、使い勝手のために次の情報をお使いの端末内に保存します。これらを当社のサーバーへ送信することはなく、当社が閲覧することもできません。

アプリの設定（外観テーマ、表示言語、モバイル回線でのダウンロード可否、画面表示に関する設定、ビートモードの設定、再生順の設定、タイトル画面の表示状態、新着表示の既読状態）
お気に入りに追加した音源
作成した再生リストの内容
App 内課金で購入した商品の記録（購入済みかどうかの記録のみ。決済情報は含みません）
ダウンロードした音源ファイル（アプリ専用の保存領域に保存します。容量節約のため、iOS 版では iCloud バックアップ、Android 版では Google の自動バックアップの対象外に設定しています）

これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。ダウンロード済みの音源は、アプリ内の「ダウンロード管理」からいつでも個別または一括で削除できます。

なお、お使いの端末の設定によっては、アプリの設定・お気に入り・再生リスト・購入済みの記録が、OS 標準のバックアップ機能（iOS 版は iCloud バックアップ、Android 版は Google の自動バックアップ）によってお客様ご自身の Apple アカウントまたは Google アカウントへバックアップされることがあります。これは OS が提供する機能であり、当社がその内容を閲覧することはできません。バックアップの要否は端末の設定から変更できます。

4. 外部への通信

本アプリが外部と通信するのは、次の 2 つの場面だけです。

(a) 音源のダウンロード

一部の音源は、アプリに同梱せず、必要なときに配信サーバー（sheeplullaby.com・レンタルサーバー「ヘテムル」）から HTTPS でダウンロードします。送信するのは「どのファイルを取得するか」という要求のみで、利用者を識別する情報は送信しません。

ただし、インターネット通信の仕組み上、サーバー側には接続元の IP アドレス・日時・取得したファイル名などがアクセスログとして記録される場合があります。当社は音源配信の仕組みそのものにアクセス解析ツールを組み込んでおらず、これらの記録を利用者個人の特定・プロファイリング・広告目的に利用することはありません（ウェブサイトのページ閲覧に関する計測は第9条をご覧ください）。

(b) アプリ本体の購入とアプリ内課金（Apple／Google）

アプリ本体の購入およびアプリ内課金は、すべてストアの仕組みを通じて行われます。iOS 版は Apple（App Store／StoreKit）、Android 版は Google（Google Play／Google Play 課金システム）が決済を処理します。当社がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることも、保存することもありません。アプリが端末内に記録するのは「購入済みかどうか」だけです。

「購入を復元」を実行したときは、iOS 版では Apple アカウント、Android 版では Google アカウントに紐づく購入履歴がストアから端末へ返され、その結果（購入済みかどうか）だけが端末内に保存されます。

上記以外に、本アプリが利用者の情報を外部へ送信することはありません。

5. 第三者提供・国外移転

当社は利用者の個人情報を収集していないため、第三者への提供・売却・共同利用、および国外への移転は行いません。

6. 購入・返金について

本アプリは買い切り型の有料アプリで、追加コンテンツは一度だけお支払いいただくアプリ内課金（4 商品）です。定期購読（サブスクリプション）ではないため、解約の手続きは必要ありません。

購入代金の請求・返金は、いずれもアプリを入手されたストアが取り扱います。当社から直接返金を行うことはできません。

iOS 版（App Store）: Apple の窓口（reportaproblem.apple.com）へお申し出ください。
Android 版（Google Play）: Google Play の注文履歴からお申し出いただくか、Google Play ヘルプ（払い戻しポリシー）をご確認ください。

端末を変更した場合や再インストールした場合は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から購入済みコンテンツを取り戻せます（iOS 版は購入時と同じ Apple アカウント、Android 版は購入時と同じ Google アカウントでのご利用が前提です）。

7. お子さまの利用について

本アプリは13 歳未満の方を対象としていません（App Store の「キッズ」カテゴリでは配信しておらず、Google Play でも対象ユーザーに 13 歳未満を含めていません）。13 歳未満の方に関する情報を、当社が意図的に収集することはありません。

8. 配信地域

本アプリは、EU（欧州連合）加盟国では配信していません。

9. ウェブサイトのアクセス解析について

当社のウェブサイト（sheeplullaby.com の各ページ）では、サイトの利用状況を把握し内容を改善するため、Google LLC のアクセス解析ツール「Google アナリティクス 4」を使用しています。これはウェブサイトの閲覧に関するものであり、アプリ本体にアクセス解析の仕組みは組み込まれていません。

Google アナリティクスは、Cookie などの識別子を用いて、閲覧されたページ・閲覧日時・おおよその地域・ご利用のブラウザの種類などを収集します。当社にはこれらが統計的な形で提供され、当社が個人を特定する目的で用いることはありません。
収集された情報は Google のサーバーへ送信され、Google のプライバシーポリシー（policies.google.com/privacy）にもとづいて取り扱われます。
計測を希望されない場合は、Google アナリティクスオプトアウトアドオンの利用や、ブラウザの Cookie 設定の変更により無効にできます。

10. 本ポリシーの改定

法令の変更や機能の追加にともない、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページに改定日と変更内容を掲載します。

11. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本ポリシーの解釈および適用は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合は、当社本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What we do not collect

This app does not collect any information that identifies you. Specifically, we do none of the following:

No account registration or sign-in (the app has no account system at all)
No fields that ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
No usage analytics (the app contains no analytics or behavioral-logging SDK)
No advertising, and no use of an advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
No tracking across apps or websites. Because we do not track you, the iOS app never shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt, and the Android app never reads your Advertising ID.
No crash or diagnostic collection of our own (we embed no crash-reporting SDK; any diagnostics you choose to share through your iOS or Android settings are handled by Apple or Google, not gathered by us)
No requests for location, contacts, camera, photos or microphone permissions (the Android version may ask for notification permission only, to show playback status in a notification; the app works even if you decline)

3. Information stored only on your device

For convenience, the app stores the following on your device. None of it is sent to our servers, and we cannot see it.

App settings (appearance theme, display language, whether downloads over cellular are allowed, display options, beat-mode settings, playback order, title-screen state, and which new items you have already seen)
Tracks you marked as favorites
Playlists you created
A record of in-app purchases you own (ownership only; no payment details)
Audio files you downloaded (kept in the app's private storage and excluded from backup — iCloud Backup on iOS, Google's automatic backup on Android — to save your storage quota)

All of it is removed from your device when you delete the app. Downloaded audio can also be deleted at any time, individually or all at once, from "Manage downloads" inside the app.

Depending on your device settings, your app settings, favourites, playlists and the record of what you own may be backed up to your own Apple Account or Google Account by the operating system's standard backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google's automatic backup on Android). That backup is a feature of the operating system; we cannot see its contents. You can turn it off in your device settings.

4. Network communication

The app communicates with the outside world in only two situations.

(a) Downloading audio

Some audio is not bundled with the app and is downloaded over HTTPS from our delivery server (sheeplullaby.com, hosted on the "heteml" hosting service) when you ask for it. The request contains only which file to fetch; no information identifying you is sent.

As with any internet connection, the server may record standard access logs such as the originating IP address, the time, and the requested file name. The audio delivery itself contains no analytics tool, and we do not use such records to identify, profile, or advertise to individual users (for measurement of website page views, see Section 9).

(b) Buying the app and in-app purchases (Apple / Google)

The paid app and all in-app purchases are handled entirely through the store you installed it from: Apple (App Store / StoreKit) on iOS, and Google (Google Play / Google Play's billing system) on Android. We never receive or store payment details such as credit card numbers. The only thing the app records on your device is whether you own an item.

When you use "Restore purchases," the store returns the purchase history tied to your Apple Account (iOS) or Google Account (Android) to your device, and only the result (whether you own an item) is saved on the device.

Apart from the above, the app sends no user information anywhere.

5. Sharing and international transfer

Because we collect no personal information, we do not share, sell, jointly use, or transfer any personal data abroad.

6. Purchases and refunds

The app is a one-time purchase, and the additional content consists of four in-app purchases that are each paid for only once. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Billing and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

iOS (App Store): please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android (Google Play): request it from your Google Play order history, or see Google Play Help (refund policies).

If you change devices or reinstall the app, use "Restore purchases" in the app to get your purchased content back (using the same Apple Account on iOS, or the same Google Account on Android).

7. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13; it is not distributed in the App Store Kids category, and on Google Play its target audience does not include children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information relating to children under 13.

8. Availability

This app is not distributed in the member states of the European Union.

9. Website analytics

On the pages of this website (sheeplullaby.com), we use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This applies to the website only; the app itself contains no analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as the pages viewed, the time of the visit, an approximate region, and the browser type. We receive this information in statistical form and do not use it to identify individuals.
The collected information is sent to Google's servers and handled under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
If you prefer not to be measured, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or change your browser's cookie settings.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be published on this page with the date and a summary.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the app shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.
