2. 収集しない情報（本アプリの基本方針）
本アプリは、利用者を識別できる情報を一切収集しません。具体的には、次のいずれも行いません。
- アカウント登録・ログイン（本アプリにアカウントの仕組みはありません）
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの入力欄の設置
- 利用状況の解析（アクセス解析 SDK・行動ログ収集 SDK を組み込んでいません）
- 広告の配信、広告識別子（IDFA）の取得・利用
- アプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ利用者の追跡（トラッキング）。トラッキングを行わないため、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可ダイアログも表示しません。
- クラッシュ情報や動作ログの独自収集（当社が独自にクラッシュ収集 SDK を組み込むことはありません。App Store 経由の診断情報の共有は、iOS の「解析・改善」設定に基づく Apple の仕組みであり、当社が個別に取得するものではありません）
- 位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・写真・マイク・通知などの端末機能の利用要求（本アプリはこれらの許可を求めません）
3. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
本アプリは、使い勝手のために次の情報をお使いの端末内に保存します。これらはサーバーへ送信されず、当社が閲覧することもできません。
- アプリの設定（外観テーマ、表示言語、モバイル回線でのダウンロード可否、画面表示に関する設定、ビートモードの設定、再生順の設定、タイトル画面の表示状態、新着表示の既読状態）
- お気に入りに追加した音源
- 作成した再生リスト（ミックス）の内容
- App 内課金で購入した商品の記録（購入済みかどうかの記録のみ。決済情報は含みません）
- ダウンロードした音源ファイル（アプリ専用の保存領域に保存します。容量節約のため iCloud バックアップの対象外に設定しています）
これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。ダウンロード済みの音源は、アプリ内の「ダウンロード管理」からいつでも個別または一括で削除できます。
4. 外部への通信
本アプリが外部と通信するのは、次の 2 つの場面だけです。
(a) 音源のダウンロード
一部の音源は、アプリに同梱せず、必要なときに配信サーバー（sheeplullaby.com・レンタルサーバー「ヘテムル」）から HTTPS でダウンロードします。送信するのは「どのファイルを取得するか」という要求のみで、利用者を識別する情報は送信しません。
ただし、インターネット通信の仕組み上、サーバー側には接続元の IP アドレス・日時・取得したファイル名などがアクセスログとして記録される場合があります。当社は配信サーバーにアクセス解析ツールを設置しておらず、これらの記録を利用者個人の特定・プロファイリング・広告目的に利用することはありません。
(b) App 内課金（Apple）
アプリ本体の購入および App 内課金は、すべて Apple の仕組み（App Store／StoreKit）を通じて行われます。当社がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることも、保存することもありません。「購入を復元」を実行したときは、Apple のアカウントに紐づく購入履歴が Apple から端末へ返され、その結果（購入済みかどうか）だけが端末内に保存されます。
上記以外に、本アプリが利用者の情報を外部へ送信することはありません。
5. 第三者提供・国外移転
当社は利用者の個人情報を収集していないため、第三者への提供・売却・共同利用、および国外への移転は行いません。
6. 購入・返金について
本アプリは買い切り型の有料アプリで、追加コンテンツは非消耗型の App 内課金（4 商品）です。定期購読（サブスクリプション）ではないため、解約の手続きは必要ありません。
購入代金の請求・返金は、いずれも Apple が取り扱います。返金をご希望の場合は Apple の窓口（reportaproblem.apple.com）へお申し出ください。当社から直接返金を行うことはできません。
端末を変更した場合や再インストールした場合は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から購入済みコンテンツを取り戻せます（同じ Apple アカウントでのご利用が前提です）。
7. お子さまの利用について
本アプリは13 歳未満の方を対象としていません（App Store の「キッズ」カテゴリでは配信していません）。13 歳未満の方に関する情報を、当社が意図的に収集することはありません。
8. 配信地域
本アプリは、EU（欧州連合）加盟国では配信していません。
9. 本ポリシーの改定
法令の変更や機能の追加にともない、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページに改定日と変更内容を掲載します。
10. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本ポリシーの解釈および適用は日本法に準拠します。本アプリの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合は、当社本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

2. What we do not collect
This app does not collect any information that identifies you. Specifically, we do none of the following:
- No account registration or sign-in (the app has no account system at all)
- No fields that ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- No usage analytics (the app contains no analytics or behavioral-logging SDK)
- No advertising, and no use of the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- No tracking across apps or websites. Because we do not track you, the app never shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt.
- No crash or diagnostic collection of our own (we embed no crash-reporting SDK; any diagnostics you share through iOS settings are handled by Apple, not gathered by us)
- No requests for location, contacts, camera, photos, microphone, or notification permissions
3. Information stored only on your device
For convenience, the app stores the following on your device. None of it is sent to a server, and we cannot see it.
- App settings (appearance theme, display language, whether downloads over cellular are allowed, display options, beat-mode settings, playback order, title-screen state, and which new items you have already seen)
- Tracks you marked as favorites
- Playlists (mixes) you created
- A record of in-app purchases you own (ownership only; no payment details)
- Audio files you downloaded (kept in the app's private storage and excluded from iCloud backup to save your storage quota)
All of it is removed from your device when you delete the app. Downloaded audio can also be deleted at any time, individually or all at once, from "Manage downloads" inside the app.
4. Network communication
The app communicates with the outside world in only two situations.
(a) Downloading audio
Some audio is not bundled with the app and is downloaded over HTTPS from our delivery server (sheeplullaby.com, hosted on the "heteml" hosting service) when you ask for it. The request contains only which file to fetch; no information identifying you is sent.
As with any internet connection, the server may record standard access logs such as the originating IP address, the time, and the requested file name. We do not install any analytics tool on the delivery server, and we do not use such records to identify, profile, or advertise to individual users.
(b) In-app purchases (Apple)
The paid app and all in-app purchases are handled entirely through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We never receive or store payment details such as credit card numbers. When you use "Restore purchases," Apple returns the purchase history tied to your Apple Account to your device, and only the result (whether you own an item) is saved on the device.
Apart from the above, the app sends no user information anywhere.
5. Sharing and international transfer
Because we collect no personal information, we do not share, sell, jointly use, or transfer any personal data abroad.
6. Purchases and refunds
The app is a one-time purchase, and the additional content consists of four non-consumable in-app purchases. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
If you change devices or reinstall the app, use "Restore purchases" in the app to get your purchased content back (using the same Apple Account).
7. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13 and is not distributed in the App Store Kids category. We do not knowingly collect information relating to children under 13.
8. Availability
This app is not distributed in the member states of the European Union.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be published on this page with the date and a summary.

10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the app shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.
